I currently have an iTunes Music library (all have been purchased from the iTunes store), and I was going to buy a Time Capsule for the purpose of backing up my iTunes music now and into the future. But now that they allow you to re-download music, is this really necessary? Should I still keep a local backup?

Other than my (close to) 100 songs on iTunes (and growing), I really don't have any REALLY important files on my computer.

As important as it gets is school documents, address book, pictures, etc. Nothing extremely important that I couldn't live without. So, what's your opinion?

I currently have an Airport Extreme, but would be happy to sell it for a 2TB Time Capsule (it was just updated). 2TB seems like a lot though, based on how little I have on my computer (maybe 15GB are taken up).
