Normally Saturday isn't a business day. On business days that end on a saturday or overnite for the delivery on saturday for saturday pickup on the 5 business days after a saturday delivery, but NEVER past a saturday when the saturday is not after a regular business day when that same saturday is indeed a saturday on a saturday that falls within or adjacent to the saturday business day timeframe.
Get it? So in other words your deliver, though not a business day, fell in the "Saturday past the regular business day timeframe where the saturday was adjacent to but part of the saturday busness day timeframe.
Sheesh. So many words for something so damned unimportant.

Frank, I feel for you. Why can't companies just use plain old English? Why do we have to read every bit of small print and message next to every asterisk? Why can't "overnight" in corporate language be the same thing as in regular conversational language?

Oh, well. I guess it's necessary to read the fine print, look next to the asterisks, and ask service reps exactly what they mean.
