Should I buy this plasma Samsung tomorrow?

    A little expensive is used only as a monitor.

    No. 720p is a low res for a 42''.

    You could get a 42'' Samsung 1080p LCD for like the same price if you look around a little bit.

    If your gonna do the 42" + TVs right then look for 1080p ....


    The biggest tv for 720p should be 32" .. :rolleyes:

    If for monitor use, yes. If for just TV use, I'm sure you've seen that there is HIGHLY decreased benefit from 1080p on 42" televisions at normal viewing distances. :rolleyes: yourself.
