Should I do this trade? Retina 15 for retina 13

Found someone that wants to trade his 13 Retina (2.5 i5/8GB/256 SSD) for my 15 (base model first version). He will be adding $300 cash. I found that ever since I got my iPad, I have been using my laptop a lot less than before.
