iPhone XS Max Should I expect battery health to drop below 80% after 2 years?

I'm sorry but I don't buy into any of this battery care stuff.

I use as I see fit, and don't worry about it. This is on my iPhone Xs Max replacement I got in April. It's still @ 100%.
