So my contract is almost up and I feel like the iPhone has out ran it's life with me. Nothing really ground breaking (In my opinion, don't care about yours). But my problem is with my Movies, I have like 55 movies in iTunes. Will there be anyway to put them on the Note?

To be fair this is like asking whether to buy a BMW or an Audi in an Audi showroom.

I don't think you'll be able to move your movies to the Note. I don't think the Note is something worth having as a cell phone. I do think the SGS3 is a very very nice phone. I do not own one but I've finally had the chance to play with one for a bit.

I vote no on the Note, yes on the iPhone if those are your two choices. Add the SGS3 there, it is a hard choice. For me, I stick with iOS because everything else started to feel disjointed when I had a Droid.

Just wait for few days and see how the new iphone is and if you don't like it then get the s3.

    Will do the same.

You can drag and drop them easily as long they are DRM free.
Also the note 2 won't be out till Late Fall / Winter in the US.

Why are you asking other people?

Why are you comparing a phone that hasn't been announced yet with one that has?

The better question is what do you want to use your phone for? Do you want a larger screen? Are you going to use a stylus? Etc

I love the large screen. I use the stylus on a daily basis. I think it's pretty cool to hook up my ps3 to it, and run it to my TV to play games.

Wait until the 5 is announced and then decide. Try them both, if you can.

Well considering how we have seen what looks to be most of the parts on MacRumors for the iPhone 5. We all have a pretty good to ok picture of what the iPhone 5 will look like. So really like I said in the post, I really just want to know if I can move the iTunes Files.

iTunes will not sync directly to an Android device but all you have to do is right click the video, select open containing folder, and copy the file to whatever device.

There's a big difference between the iPhone and the Note II.
One is a standard-sized smartphone and the other is a "phablet" all-in-one type of device.

Personally I can't really see them in the same class. iPhone vs. Galaxy S3 is one thing, but the Note II is so much larger than the iPhone or anything else that it's basically in a different class of device.

So, you need to decide if you want an "phablet" or if you want a phone (plus a separate tablet).

I was deciding between the Galaxy S3 and the new iPhone, even with a 4" screen... it needs to be wider. I went with the S3.

is there even such a thing as standard-size? What do you mean by that? Average size? Cause from the superphones out there the iphone is considered somewhat small or more mobile if you would put it that way.

The newer version will be your standard IMO.

How about if you can't decide what's better  2device or 1 all-in-one

You can sync directly to iTunes using iSyncr. I use iSyncr wifi, the only catch is that any videos that are DRM protected will NOT transfer over. I think another poster mentioned some after market hardware to alter that, but I am not sure what or how this is done.

There is a HUGE difference between a compact iPhone and a Phablet! I think I would feel stupid carrying it around (no offence to anyone intended). I am using the GS3 and enjoying the screen real estate and the ability to carry it as a phone without feeling... kinda weird.

Its funny, a friend of mine is still sporting the 3GS and kept commenting as I was demo-ing some stuff.. gee that screen is big!

According to Apple they're practically the same phone, can't you tell???? When I first saw the video on the note 2 I thought "Wow, that's very un-apple like to be using a stylus."

You think a phone that's not even out yet sucks? What do you base the suckness of the phone on?

:O sorry I thought you meant the one that was out, my mistake but anyway you could convert them using different applications in order to put them in any mobile or tablet you want :)

The OP only needs to convert his movies if they are DRAM protected, otherwise Note2 plays - MP4/DivX/XviD/WMV/H.264/H.263
