Should i go with the white apple silicone case over the black for my matte black 7+?

Some opinions would be cool.

Id like to have a case to occasionally put on my iphone 7+. I think the black silicone case looks the most stealth and cleanest. But the all black trend is starting to wear on me although i really like the matte black iphone. I am normally a guy who normally wears all black, like black t-shirt and jeans causally just how i have always been. But the all black trend is out of control it seems lately,

I sort of did the same withe my Space Black SS Apple watch, which came with the black silicone sport band. I switched it out with a white silicone for some storm trooper effect and it looks bad ass! So it sort of pops if i have all black on. And it stands out among the most popular apple watch which is the SG sport with black band.

I just don't want it to be to much with a matching phone/case combo, although it may not be. I really do wish apple kept the black apple logo for the 7 phones like the did with the 6 on the rear of the case.

I was leaning towards the black to keep it simple. But second thoughts are coming in for the white one lol. I cant decide!View attachment 660461View attachment 660465

Well I ended up going with a midnight blue with the black apple logo. Looks sleek and adds a little color in good lighting situations

I bought a white silicone case today for my matte black phone. I'm not sure if I'll keep it, but it does look good. I'll add some pictures later!

I have the exact same combo. Matte black with midnight blue silicone. Looks great, very classy.

I just picked up the product red silicone case today. I really hate how most of the leather ones turn dark after a while. Personally I like the more "sticky/grippy" feel of the silicone as it doesn't slip in my hands as much.

The bad thing about apple silicon case is that it's really hard going in/out of the pocket...

It's actually a little revised this year I believe with the complaints last year of dust sticking to it. It seems more slick for sure, like more "smooth". I had one on my 6s plus last year and it feels easier to get in and for sure.

I haven't had any problems getting it in out out of mine. My now phone stays in my pocket as well in the car. I had a problem with leather cases flying out of my pocket since I sit low in my car, it's a coupe.

Another reason I went silicone is because I'm in the gym 5 days a week. So with sweat and it gives me trust extra tack in my pocket. I've already had my 7plus fly out of my pocket at the gym lol. Luckily on a rubber floor.

That looks awesome! I took a peek at the red one, but I got the midnight to match up with my deep sea blue car haha.

This was my combo I ran on my 6s plus space gray. Along side my Apple Watch Sport. Storm trooper! You really can't go wrong with any of the colors for matte black.

This versions feels far less tacky as well compared to my 6s plus white one. It's like super smooth, but just enough grip.

I did see that I thought it looked slick! I may pick up a white one down the line or another good contrast color to keep it fresh & swap between them.

Damn, I was banking on how the bottom edges wrapped it would prevent that section hitting during a drop.

Or was that nick from you bumping that part on something?

Man I was thinking cool picture and had to scroll back up to see that scratch - that's rough but at least the device still works. Cosmetic drops are a million times better than expensive functional drops.

It was from a drop from about 2-3 feet high, off of a table. Oh well, I guess!! I've since replaced it with the Ringke Fusion so that I can put stickers/polaroids in the back and see them. It's more fun that way anyways.

Haha indeed. I am used to the wear and tear from years of iPhone ownership anyways.. it's just that the first one always hurts a bit more than the rest. Everything still works and that's what matters!

I'll take some pics when I get home. They wont be the best, because they would be taken with my brothers iPhone 6 but it should give you a good idea.
