I have some bugs in iOS 10.1.1 wondering if 10.2 fixes it

Backup, archive the backup under preferences.
And then try to beta, if the bug is there, report it using the feedback app,
and revert back to archive or stick to the beta.

Seeing how poorly obvious bugs have been fixed in ios10 so far, i doubt its fixed, lol

Oh, make sure you ENCRYPT the backup, or not much personal data is included.

By the way, worst case scenario, you can't restore .. and 10.2 is working just fine - it has no show stoppers, and eventually you can upgrade to the stable release when 10.2 comes out to the public. There's not much of a difference between 10.1 and 10.2

Read through the various beta threads and make a decision based on the information.

Upgraded last night and so far so good but using a beta is an assumed risk.
