One of my friends just bought a brand new MBP 15" 2.8 i7 Hi res Antiglare
but unfortunately he need money now.He want to sell this jewel and he didn't open it until now.He want 2400 and he will give me mac office 2011.
What do you think about this deal? Should I take it from him or is it better to wait until the next generation?:confused:

Btw, as you didn't state your needs, it is fully up to you, if this machine will work for you or if you need a much better, yet unreleased MBP to frape around.

It is 2549(Hi res-Antiglare) without the Mac office.My work does not need all that specs that is why I am still thinking about it.

Sorry, forgot about the AG HR option.
It is an okay deal, though you might find better deals on eBay, but may get a more used machine.
 
Pros of buying it:
- No tax to pay
- MS Office for free
- Saved on the Hi-res Antiglare option

Neutral:
- Might be too much machine for your needs

Cons:
- Nearing a refresh cycle

Now, what are your needs so I can lay this to rest. However, as off now, it looks more of a "DO GET IT".
