Ive been having problems when i log in finder doesnt open there is a blue screen and no desktop i can get my computer to an extent by going into Word from the dock then file open my library preference folder won't let me delete certain plists as i'm going through word. I can open up other user ac and their finder etc work fine. my ac is an admin ac do i need to try reinstalling osx & if so will this affect my files and other user ac?
