My personal opinion is restore to 7.0.4 and use it stock until you start seeing tweaks and such officially updated to iOS 7. Then you can jailbreak
I'm already on 7.0.4 with the JB but the tweaks keep disappearing

You're installing stuff that hasn't been updated or tested to work with ios 7 that is why you and everyone else out there is having issue and bugs.
All you can do is wait or go stock.
Anything that uses mobile substrate stops working after reboot due to it not being updated to iOS 7. You need to reinstall mobile substrate after each reboot.
