iPhone Should i restore?

Apparently they don't install properly... I have already restored to stock... Or I would have posted a screenshot... Everything gives an error...

Because they're not compatible with ios 7 yet.
Doesn't anyone get this yet?
You're installing stuff that hasn't been updated or tested to work with ios 7 that is why you and everyone else out there is having issue and bugs.
All you can do is wait or go stock.

No, actually i'm installing iOS7 tweaks.
 
Anything that uses mobile substrate stops working after reboot due to it not being updated to iOS 7. You need to reinstall mobile substrate after each reboot.
