:thumbs up:

I have not gotten much time on 7.1 yet. But what time I have, has been good so far. I've started using safari normally again(no longer waiting a second or two before scrolling), and it has not blown up in over two hours of use. It would have blown up 4-5 times had I done that in 7.0.X But I am guessing it's more to do with rebooting, than 7.1

The real test will be typing in here, while trying to pull in other material from another tab. Last week, or maybe two weeks ago, I had the worst experience to date, in being unable to do this simple task without constant reloads(only two tabs), and safari blowing up.

Have a good one!!!

So it seems pretty good so far for you. Mine was always pretty good so I don't think I have any reason from what I am seeing so far with 7.1 to want to return the Air especially since I got a good deal on it.

Very early but I cannot believe my battery life either so far, hope it continues.

You're not wrong at all. Users opinions are welcomed, and I welcome them too. I'm simply saying you put some words in my mouth that I didn't actually say.

It appears that you're on 7.1 now and things are going better for you. It's good to know that your experience is improving, which is a good thing considering lots of people said it couldn't be done in 1GB of RAM.
The crashes shouldn't be there - PERIOD. And it only took them more than a years worth of work in ios7 to bgin approaching stability.

The tab reload is yet to be proven.

My question is why wouldn't you update?? The update makes everything else better even if it doesn't completely fix the safari crahses due to a hardware issue it'll still be better.

Did a clean 7.1 install on the iPad Air. Working great, nice iOS update. (Did the same on the 5s, also working great.) Excellent update.

Do you set up as new and then restore or just set up as new and then reload everything manually?
