Should I Turn Off My Mac Mini Every Night Or Let It Sleep?

I always turn mine off, don't think i've even used sleep yet.
I just think if i'm not using it why keep it switched on

Yea, my eMac always goes off at night, but my iMac G5 just goes to sleep.

I'm too used to my Mac being ready at the press of a button to have it boot up each time. Anyway, I wouldn't get any AIM messages that way.
