Should I uninstall an Office Test Drive?

I have an iMac preloaded with an old version of Office for Mac. I now have the latest version. Is it necessary for me to uninstall the test drive before I install the current version?

I don't know if it's needed, but if the new version is the full version then why not.

When you install the full version, it will look for any other version and ask to remove it before installing the full version.
