Should I update from Beta iOS 7

I have an iphone 5 and the latest Beta. It seems very stable AND keychain is functional.

Should I update to the official release and lose keychain? And why?

Because on October 6th your beta is going to expire and you'll have a useless brick for a phone until you update?

If you don't update before the beta expires (which it will do), your phone will stop working

You don't have to update now if you don't want. You just have to do it before the beta expires. 😉

How did you update? Did you do a restore? because keychain was removed in GM/public release.
