I have an iPhone 6 which came with 8.3 and i couldn't update it to 8.4.1 because apple decided to stop signing it... Should i update to 9.1? Is the extra battery life worth it? I bought an iPhone because I was sick of all the Android instability and lag so after reading all the bad press about iOS 9 I dont know what to do... Is it really that bad? Thanks!

    No, it's not THAT bad.
The best ios 9 version up to this point (9.2 beta 4) is slightly slower and slightly more stable than the best iOS8 version (8.3).
What was promised was a far more stable and refined and much faster iOS, and that is not the case, overall.
But compared to 8.x it's not a bad release per se

No one will really know what the experince will be like for you on your decice(s). Plenty of people are doing more than just fine with iOS 9, while others have some small issues here and there, and others still have larger issues--basically not that uncommon for any version really. Hard to say one way or another what it would be like for your own personal needs.

If I were you i don't upgrade. I updated my iOS 8.3 iPhone 6 to iOS 9 by error and (despite it's not bad) iOS 8.3 IMHO it's better. I hate the new multitasking view.

Think about the music app. If there is something I hate about iOS post-8.4 is the music app and Apple Music service...

I guess I should have used the word "may" instead of "will".

OP asked for opinions, I provided my thoughts. It's not like they can try it out and go back if they don't like it.

I think I will wait until a really smooth version of ios 9 is available.. Maybe on 9.3 they will drop that stupid thing where they pause the user input until the animations are finished.

    We like rhetorical questions.
What concerns the answer, the obvious ones with which MR threads are full of. And btw, you have posted in all of them.

Nope. You again missed it. It was a quote from your OP:

Seems like you missed the actual question, or essentially just didn't have an answer.

    Don't play games.
Reread all the threads dealing with iOS 9.1 bugs in which you have posted.

You said it's too buggy I asked what those issues were that make it "too buggy" as just saying read a bunch of long threads isn't going to be of that much help to the OP, right? As for games, clearly I wasn't the one that randomly tried to focus on one word from a well understood usage of an expression trying to play something up.
