Should I update to 4.2?

Just got an iPad 16 GB wifi and it's running 3.2.2. Any performance or battery issues that I should worry about? I've heard conflicting reports. Thanks.

I am kinda wishing I had not. I have had major WiFi issues since the upgrade that have really frustrated me. Other than that, multitasking is cool.

I've had only intermittent slow wifi access, but to blame that on the 4.2 update may be premature. Overall, the update is great - multitasking and folders are a welcomed change.

Not sure I like the switch as mute vs. rotate lock, though. Wish that could be a setting.
