Should I update to iOS 9.3.4?

I'm currently using an iPhone 4s with iOs 9.2 on it. I'm not really bothered about the speed but more about fluid animations and battery life. Also, the software seems to be getting more sluggish than when I first updated to it. Should I update?

Since you are already on iOS 9 you might as well upgrade to its latest update.
