Should I upgrade now from 2012 rMBP to 2014 rMBP

For minimum UI lag the macbook air is the way to go.

Yes I owned a 2013 MBA 6-7 months ago, the UI experience was much better, but the screen quality turned me down. I still cant understand, why Apple is incapable of dealing with such obvious problem? The only answer is that the technology to drive retina displays is not there yet. I am also hearing lag complains from 5k iMacs....

And even more surprising is that 90% of the rMBPs reviews don't mention these UI issues.

I have mentioned it like a hundred times.
It's one of the main reasons to get the mba.
I have a 13" rmbp by the way , but we have a mba at home and the Ui is a bit snappier.

i have a mid 14 15" rmbp(no dgpu just the base 15") and i havent experienced this lag you guys speak of. i have been running yosemite since the day i bought it(3 weeks ago). when does it lag for you guys?
