Should I upgrade

    iPhone 4 16 GB Black
    Current iOS: 5.0.1

Here is the thing I do not have any problems, and my battery life seems fine already. I charge it to 100% before bed, and unplug it. When I wake up I typically am at about 97%. So I lose 3% over 8 hours in standby. I think this is pretty good, and I am afraid to risk the upgrade and lose what I have.

I see some people are having improvements, and than a lot of "5.1 ruined my battery" threads.

Is anyone in the same boat as me?

You should upgrade to 5.1, it has some extra little features and could be faster than 5.0 on the iPhone 4.

Can't agree more. There's no need to upgrade cause it's energy and time consuming.
