I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I'll give it a try.
I've always used gmail, and finally been able to delete it and add an @icloud.com address to my Apple ID. Now, I still think the Notes app is awful and therefore want to use OneNote... But is it a good idea to use my @icloud.com email to create a Microsoft account for OneNote? or Should I make a separate Outlook email for all Microsoft apps...?
My school offers unlimited storage to Microsoft apps, but I don't want to lock myself into the student email address because it'll get deleted once I get my bachelor and I'll lose my notes. I think it's safer to invest and store all my things in my own email.
Any advice what would be the best and smartest solution?
