Should I wait to get a 17 umbp?

Hello, ive been hearing some rumors from friends and on this website about a possible new graphic card and a new processer.

My question is should i wait for the possible updates to come out?

Plus i wont be getting the 17 umbp for a couple of months cuz its hard for a 16 year old to come up with 3 grand.

There will be no new processor until Q1 2010, and there will be no new graphics cards until then or LATER.

I just want a laptop thats gonna last me 4+ year and this is my first apple product i will be getting so i wanna get the best stuff with it without breaking the bank. Plus im going into CAD next year and i herd these laptops are good with that kinda stuff. Plus i like playing WoW and i need a laptop that can handle tht.
