iPhone Should I Wait until iOS 9.1?

Yes, I'm on 9.1 beta and it is performing much better than 9 although it's still laggy. Ios9 was terrible in every aspect.

No, I'm talking about the lag -> control center, messages bubbles, notifications not clearing correctly, folder stutters, scrolling. Basically the lag was everywhere. With 9.1 I only notice lag in folders and control center... sometimes when unlocking screen

Did they clean up the message bubble lag? That is the biggest 9.0 killer for me. It's like they forgot to enable vsync or something.

The imessage bubbles lag is gone yes. But there is still lag here and there. Nowhere near 8.4 smoothness

Anyone still running Public Beta? I cant download 9.0 it keep on failing during installation. Should I wait for like 9.0.1 or 9.1?
