iPhone 13 Pro Max Should iPadOS run on pro max phones?

With pro max phones the ability to have two apps open has always been requested and should be implemented. This would help justify having a larger screen imo, and would probably generate more pro max sales. I also think having slide over apps would be useful when landscape. Now i know most people would think this is overkill, but for the "pro" users I'm sure it would be well received. What do you think?

Apple could obviously implement it if they wanted to but obviously they don’t. Animoji are more important to them.

No. iPhones and iPads are distinct products running slightly different operating systems. The phone screen is too small to turn it into an iPad.
