I think they started testing the new iPhone last November if I remember correctly.

the thing is there is loads of speculation about a new iphone but you never know there may not even be one. it might literally just be the iphone 3.0 software being properly previewed and a new product. I think there will be a new type of ipod and maybe a smaller phone or something like that. They have all of a sudden started putting lots of adverts on tv for the iphone 3g which could be cos there trying to get rid of their stock for new iphone or because they are trying to increase sales
