Should you install the optional hardware updates in Windows Update?

I have been downloading all of the important updates for my base 2011 mini for Windows 7 64-bit. I wonder if I should also download the optional hardware drivers, or if I should stick with the Boot Camp drivers. Thanks for any help.
 
Depends, what devices is it offering you drivers for?

Personally I stay away from Windows update drivers because you can usually find more up-to-date driver on manufactures websites.
