Show Notification Center in Lockscreen Without Swiping Down?

Is there any way (even Jailbreak tweaks) to show the Notification Center by default in lockscreen without having to swipe down from the top?

Before when I had iOS 5 or 6, I had Lockinfo and loved that app... Thanks guys!
