I started wearing my watch on my other wrist until the mark gets tanned. Two days in and I got sunburned only on that white area lol

And yes I know it's not technically a "scar" but it sounds better then un-tanned area due from an object blocking the sun's rays.

Heh - I definitely have that.

Even when I used to wear a watch I didn't usually get a mark like this. I suspect it's because there were days I skipped wearing a watch... But I never skip wearing my Apple Watch.

That's amazing!

And the results of the poll are mindblowing...

Has it really been so long since people wore watches that this is a thing?

I never wore my other watch(es) like I do my apple watch... which is essentially every waking hour. with my other watch(es) I never wore them around the house... so never outside on weekends when doing yardwork. if I was mountain or road biking, no watch on my wrist... it would go on the handlebar or in a pocket. I was horrified at the thought of getting a wrist farmer tan!

enter the apple watch.... I have it on all the time! so ya.... farmer tan... bleh! but then... who's gonna see it... cuz I always have my watch on!

The picture doesn't render the tan line so much, but in person it's very noticeable!

Even before I had an AW, I was used to wearing 45-55mm watches and have a tan. Not too worried :)

I have a tan line from my watch but so what? No one ever sees it but me because it's always covered by my watch. It's probably something I should see as confirmation I don't wear sunscreen often enough.
