Smart Stack suggestion, brand new in watchOS 26. It can be disabled by swiping it down temporarily or turning it off in the Apple Watch app.
Ever since the OS came out a lot of people’s watches were showing it whenever you open camera app on iPhone as it suggests camera remote

👍 just realised only a few of y’all have been aware of this change as it is minor but it’ll make sense now
I always swipe it down or disable it completely including live activities on Apple Watch as it bothers me
