Roman numerals for 4 is IV isn't it? Not IIII
Generally not on watch faces though

So now we have that sorted, does anyone know how he got Times New Roman and roman numerals? I really fancy that look
He is probably a dev or something and created his own watch face, too bad apple don't allow devs to submit watch faces...

I wonder how many of us have looked more closely at the utility watch face this morning? I know I have.

As far as I'm concerned Mickey can take a run and jump and be replaced with a roman numeral face.

I'm with you I could care less about the Mickey face. I want a Roman numeral face. Shame they don't have it. They have it in the nano.

To each their own ... but I'm a little surprised how many of you use round watch faces with hands to tell the time. And now this craving for, of all things, roman numerals. I thougt we had left skeuomorphism behind with iOS 6. ;)

Seriously, to me, the :apple: Watch makes non-smart watches look super old and I wouldn't want to replicate their outdated look. If anything, I'm a litte disappointed that we have so few truly modern, digital watch faces (so far). Hence I'm always using "modular" and only change the colour to match the bands.

Same here, I only use Modular. The round faces look weird, and too small on the square Apple Watch, and I'm not a fan of skeuomorphics. The funniest of them all are people who use a round faces and then add the digital time as a complication because they can't tell the time on a round clockface! o_O

I actually agree with you.

When I first saw the watch faces on offer, I was convinced I'd use the chrono, as I love that look on "real" watches. In the end I didn't use it, partly because I found it difficult to read (the numerals on the sub-dials are very small). But partly because I hate things pretending to be things they're not. I don't like fake counter tops, or fake wood floors.

I'd like to see a far greater range of non-traditional faces. I'm not a huge fan of the modular face.

Haha. I actually did that! Not so much because I couldn't tell the time, but because of the "pressure" of having to tell the time within seven seconds or whatever it is before the screen goes blank.

That's the beauty of having a "personal device" - you can customize it. I like the analog watch face but at work we use 24-hour military time, so I can have both

That's a great look

Also thought chrono would be my first or second look, but I agree with you. Almost never use it for reasons you said. The first watch face I saw during the watch reveal film that really popped for me was Solar. Now that I've had the watch for a while, I actually use Solar more than anything else, paired with glances, though sometimes I'll use Simple or Color. Modular is boring to me.

I like this watch face. How did you get it?

Sorry, I was just having some fun :)

It's Photoshopped.

I was experimenting with how different faces might look on the Watch and couldn't resist sharing this one.

I too hope they make this one real soon or allow 3rd party watch faces.
