Not cool Ian not cool, go pinch a loaf in private like the rest of us....
I apologise for that, here's a replacement photo and I'll be pinching durians in public instead of a loaf :D

Thanks for the reply. I get very detailed..almost to the point that it's comical. I'll take the Space Gray watch case into Photoshop and add photos of different bands and see what looks good. 3rd party stainless steel I like, but to me it doesn't look great with the Space Gray case. Some leather bands look nice, some don't. Yes, I have way too much time on my hands.

Talk about real First World Problems...haha :)

Why the effort with Photoshop? There is a webpage where you can configure the watches and bands freely:

Hope I could help you!

Hardley Roma alligator straps 24mm on a 42ss.

Looks great with the black and red to match the watch face. I assume you meant Hadley-Roma? Does the 24mm fit well and not too big? Where did you get the adapter from - Amazon/EBay? Some have had a problem fitting a 24mm with certain adapters.

Oh..this helps :) Big time saver..thanks! I would also take a photo of the watch on my wrist or even a goofy mirror shot with the watch on and see how it looks also. Not perfect..but I get a slight gist how it looks, I'm heading to the Apple store in a few minutes and I'll just try it on. Only real way to see how it looks on my wrist.

Thanks for all the replies, I appreciate it!

Anyone got the ss with white sport band? I've never bought any Apple product in white (and I've bought A LOT!) but like the look of the white sport band.

Funny how the SS looks like it is worth $600 and the Sport doesn't look like it is worth $400.
No point in getting the SS when both SS and sport have the same exact functionality. Not even a spec change. At least with iPhones, Maca, etc at least they have improvements like more storage.

No point getting a Sport if you prefer how the SS looks and vice versa :)

One of the many reasons people spend $$$ on watches is because they appreciate fine craftsmanship. Fit and finish is one of a few factors when I choose to buy a watch.

The SS watch is really well done. This is typical Apple. All the best watchmakers are of the same mindset.

Sadly you do not appreciate it.

The data is in the phone, while the Watch is paired. At least that's what I've read.

As far as using it unpaired, didn't know about that, I thought it would jump straight into the initial configuration again. That being said using it unpaired makes no sense :D

I just bought a 42mm Sport and still have my 38mm Sport for now. After I unpaired my 38mm, when I paired my 42mm it gave me the choice of pairing the 42mm as a new watch or putting the data from the 38mm onto it (I chose the latter option). The only thing I had to redo was Apple Pay. As for the 38mm it went to the initial setup screen and wanted to be paired before use.

Exactly what I thought. The data is in the phone and it is migrated to a new Watch if needed. And the old one asks to be paired :D Thanks for clarifying.
