on amazon you can get the milanese band for about £34...so think i will go for the SS with sport band that way it won't cost me like £600 for the watch and i get two bands cheaper than just the milanese at the apple store.

The Link feels great day to day. I would say to find a setting that fits you comfortably. I prefer mines to be a little on the tighter side as opposed to it being loose sliding up and down on my wrist, but that's just personal preference. As for the bracelet itself it's lighter than what I'm used to from a link band, but not in a cheap way. I think because the band is so light that it's that much more comfortable for me in daily use. Well worth the price IMO

I am a real bargain hunter. My local CEX had 3 Milanese Loops @£85 each. One had the plastic still on it. (I've had such great luck at this store as my Classic Buckle also had plastic on it....it was £65!
It's a 38mm - even though I am tall and well built I have small wrists,,,,so I feel it fits perfectly!

Would it be too much to ask if you can please post more photos from other angles? I'm really considering getting one. I have the Silver Defense Edge by XDoria but looks like Ozaki is making some as well and they look a lot like yours and would like to have an idea so I can order one.

If the ML magnet is coming all the way up to the watch case like it appears to be on those two pictures, I'd suggest that you need to go down to the 38mm watch size.
I hope he enjoys his watch and bands, but I have to agree - that watch appears to be entirely too big for his wrist, all the way around. He may prefer that, though. Does Apple offer different lengths for the Milanese, like they do the Leather Loop?
