My 38mm Rose Gold sport came yesterday! I waited months to get an Apple Watch because I wanted a pink colour.. and it's beautiful! The watch is so convenient and works perfect with my gold i6... the lilac band is stunning! What do you guys think? :)

It's beautiful. Congratulations on your watch. Two in my family who would have liked this model already had 38mm SS, so today I gave them 38mm lavender sport bands I ordered last week. It truly transformed their watches, and they love it. Obviously it's a different look than the rose gold watch, but the lavender band certainly looks nice on their watches too! The new colors are so much different and lavender is a real winner for the right people (I'm a guy so I'm all about my space black and midnight blue band on order haha).

Thank you I'm so so happy with it! The colour is stunning, but I also have the Antique White band on order and soon the Light Blue colour, those will look great with SS watches too! Lavender is the perfect colour for me and the white one will be more to coordinate with. That midnight blue band is stunning though I have my eye on that one too, I love how much they've opened up the £300 sport market, it's nice to see them focusing on the model most people can afford (within reason). My only snag is my i6 is gold.. might have to get that rose gold 6s!

Ugh I think I am having buyer's remorse. I thinking I might sell my space gray sports and buy the stainless steel. I wear a suit everyday and am thinking the stainless steel might have more flexibility. Anyone else done the same?

not done the same but I knew id have the same predicament as you so went for the Stainless from the get go! :)

I ordered this leather band to see if it dresses up the watch more. If it doesn't then I will probably do the same.

My boyfriend and I went to London at the weekend. We've never been despite living in the UK all our lives ha. He won a competition and we got a 2 night stay at a hotel plus a London eye VIP trip along with some other touristy stuff. We also got £300 spending money and wanted to use it on something that we could take home to remember the trip by.

So...

We ended up halving the money and putting it towards an Apple Watch Sport each!

Not very exciting pictures sadly, but thought I'd share all the same! I have tiny wrists so opted for the 38, boyfriend went for the 42.
I wasn't excited or interested in them really but when we were there we went to Covent Garden and spent ages looking at them, trying them on before deciding. We have 14 days to take them back but we both absolutely love them.

For me, it's great being able to see my messages and notifications at work where we are not allowed personal mobile phones out at all. Data protection and all that due to cameras. So this is perfect.
I find myself using it as a watch with added perks, and not with the mindset of it replacing my phone, which is the wrong thing to do with technology like this.

Massively impressed. Now I just need to talk myself out of returning it for the Apple Watch with Millanese Loop as that's the one I really want!

Fresh out the box! The store assistant who helped me out has the patience of a saint! I couldn't decided between 38 and 42, hummed and hawed. For a moment chose 38 and then he showed.me the rose gold. Didn't expect to like it so much until I tried it on. Funny thing, I decided on 42 when I tried on the rose gold and for a split second I almost chose that! But I came to my senses and stuck with the original plan to buy gold (to match all my jewelery). Settled on the 42 because felt like I was bringing the screen to close to my face view it and the screen size is good for me to navigate:

Now to get a strap I like!

Yes. Did the exact same thing earlier this summer. Very happy that I made the switch.

Told ya ;)

But yea that was my reasoning for the SS as well as the SG isn't as flexible with what I was looking for in suit companions.

Yea you were right I think. But I will wait til that leather band I ordered comes in. I think that will be my determining factor. Also considering the hassle of selling the space gray since I'm over the 14 days.

Nice. Matches your car display/electronics :D

How are the adapters? Thinking of scoring a set for my SG 42mm, and using this really excellent big leather cuff watchband I have.
The adapter area is fine, no metal shows, the width of the adapter is a touch short. I don't notice it unless I really stare at it.

Definitely, that's the plan. I wear a lot of black (I mean, a LOT of black. My colleagues often tease me about it. LOL!). Going to see how I get on with the sports band maybe I'll get leather. If I can get something in black with gold detailing that would be great.

I did this before the sports arrived. I bought the 38mm sport on purpose. I must always have the newest, most expensive iPhone. And everything in my apartment is Apple. I forced myself to buy the cheapest watch. But I too wear a suit for work. So I decided get the 42mm PRODUCT(RED) Stainless Steel black band, and bought the Link Bracelet separately. So now I have the link for work and PRODUCT(RED) other bands I am adding slowly to my collection over time.

You work hard, you want it, people spend more money on alcohol than you will on this watch and they piss it against the wall and are left with nothing to show for it. You have something you love and pride in, a symbol of success and you are keeping up to date with technology.

What band are you going to go for?

Well right now i think I am going to stick with my Space Gray because i don't know if I want to go through the hassle of selling the watch. I just ordered the band below hoping once it arrives, it will dress the watch up a bit.
