Is there a way to download the beta if you're not a developer? I had the public beta on my phone but when I upgraded to the 6S+ I went back to the regular iOS as the public beta had been giving me some trouble. Can you even get the watch OS 3 beta without having iOS 10 on your phone? Thanks for any insight!

Of course... Do a google search for watchos3 profile without a developer license. There has never been a public beta for the watch. You do need iOS 10 to use watchOS 3

.....nice band however I really hate some third party bands as they do not fit the watch 100% correctly.

...the link does not fit into the watch groove properly - this would drive my OCD crazy!!!!!
:p

THIS is exactly why I cannot bite the bullet and get a 3rd party band. I look at them, especially the ML bands as some are really nice looking, but if those lugs looked like that it would absolutely drive me crazy! Hence the fact that I am still wearing the lavender sport that came with my watch, if I get other bands they will probably be another sport and one of the nylons as I also cannot justify paying the Apple premium for a band, especially the ones that cost almost as much as my watch did on sale at Best Buy!

I've bought at least 5 3rd party bands and have not had a problem with the lugs on any of them.

In fact on one black SS link bracelet the only problem I had was that it was too tight on my wrist. I contacted the supplier about buying an extra link to lengthen it. They don't sell links but the company just shipped me another entire black SS link bracelet at N/C to harvest a link from it. The band cost me 5% of what Apple would have charged. Darn right I'm happy!

Just because the bands are 3rd party does not mean they won't provide good products or service.

I may upgrade to the SS later this year. I have OS 3 and am loving it. Funny thing is I've been wearing 3rd party bands since I got it. Tried to put the normal band that came with it on today and it felt weird lol

Did I miss an OS 3 update? When you created a new watch face it would say "add to watch". Now it says "set as current watch face"

I hear you, but the new leather bands or SOOO nice. I bit the bullet and got the saddle brown classic buckle and it looks and feels great. I love it so much I'm thinking of getting another color.

Just got a 42 mm SS Apple Watch recently as a gift for a very special occasion and I have to admit I am loving it!

it came with the genuine milanese watch band:

Of course I could not resist to buy also a 3rd party leather loop from eBay:

more to follow :)!

Regards from Germany!

Nice gift there! Hard not to admire the milanese loop. I don't it but sure thought about it off and on.

Love the LL! Which one did you get and how is it holding up? I have read mixed reviews on third party LL bands, of course since I have the 38 mm watch I would have to go third party if I want one.

Also love the numerals watch face, I have the beta and have played with several of the faces but not that one yet, it'll be my next project to get it set up how I like.

@ladytonya I got this one from eBay from the seller "Lancici1985" and I can say that it is almost perfect. There is neither play of the connectors nor visible gaps. Also the magnets hold the loop quite well. I am fully satisfied and for a decent price of 26 €, I think it was a good deal.

Got Space Gray AW few weeks ago. Sport Band is super comfortable and nice, but I wanted something... classier? I watched a lot of videos and pictures and based on those, I bought blue leather loop – that SG+BLL-combo looked really good.

Yes, I really, really like it!

I do a search for that user and get no results, maybe they don't sell in the US. Bummer because that is a nice ML knockoff!
