You have to added from the watch. You can’t add it from the watch app on the phone. So press down on the screen until the Customize button comes up. Scroll all the way to the right and hit the add button and then it comes up.

Just purchased the Black Leather Loop at the newly reduced price! Will share a picture once I get it in the mail.
