They look the same to me. I'll try to remember to mic my ceramic and SS S5s up when I get home and compare the sizes. I really expect them to be the same.

The photo I took was what I happen to be wearing today. I'll try a 44mm era band in it when I get home also.

If you look at the bottom you can see the stainless doesn’t touch the bottom book 👍

You can also feel the extra width. Run your finger off the screen and on to the body. You can feel the wider ridge of the ceramic were the screen and body meet, before the body rounds off.

The gap with a sport band won’t be as dramatic but it’s definitely there.

I didn't see that with the reflections of the SS. It's still hard to gauge how big the gap is, but I see it now.

I didn't even know there was an S5 ceramic owner's forum!

Anyway, I stand corrected; I just looked at a Deep Navy SB pic I have in my Recently Deleted folder and there is a small gap on the left end now I look closely. I don't find it noticeable at all, until I compared it to a Sky Blue from the same angle. The 42mm fills out the slot much better than the 44mm does, though the 44mm doesn't look "wrong" in any way.
