The wallpaper is a I found on Flickr
The glass-look is a ShapeShifter ($20 I think) theme called Crystal Clear. I does take a little tweaking to personalize it. For example I didn't like (some people may) how all windows except the primary turns 33% transparent (can't watch a quicktime video beside a webbrowser for example). Thankfully, it's pretty easy to customize.

How do I take a picture of my desktop? It looks like most of those weren't taken with a camera. Is there someway to copy the desktop by using the computer? I have an iBook G4.

press and hold down apple + shift + 3 - it saves a png file to the desktop.

This reminds me of the recent Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition. Does anyone happen to be using the infamous iPod bikini photo as their desktop? I can't remember the name of the model, but she is literally wearing nothing but an iPod (too bad it wasn't a nano!). Such a desktop would put two of my favorite things on view for all to see (MacBoobsPro, are you listening?).
