Thats true, but usually the cases are worth it, mine should be arriving tomorrow so I’m excited to see how it looks.

I feel shallow for saying this, but I like that the midnight green of my test 11 Pro Max almost perfectly matches my Masunaga sunglasses... The case is a CaseMate of some variety, not sure which one, didn't really care when I ordered it. Whoever I end up giving the phone to once I've finished evaluating/documenting it will no doubt buy their own case. Probably something sparkly.
It is the official Apple silicon case.
It looks scary at first. But I'm slowly getting used to it. Here's mine in saddle brown leather
How the Midnight Green looks here is really pretty - I like that subtle toned down green and not one thats flashy.
I got the Space Grey this time though however and am more than satisfied
How come you have symbols on the bottom of the phone? Most pics I’ve seen don’t have those.

The case-less photos are absolutely stunning! I had that phone for a trial period, and you’re making me almost wish I kept it. But, being so used to having a zoom lens on my iPhone (since 2016), in the end I decided I just couldn’t do without it. So I returned it and ponied-up up for the 11 Pro. Space gray is cool, but I miss the rebellious beauty of Product Red! >Sigh!<
I had the 64GB Pro Max, but had to return it since I basically ran out of space, But now that I have the 512gb. I’m loving it even more now . now I’m just looking for stuff to fill up all the space lol.
Congrats!!! I feel you, for my 1st choice was Space Grey, but due to no stock and only that color available, and waiting seems to be torturous I just grabbed it without second thought. Happier now with the choice made.
Oh don’t get me started on the wait... i wrote a long old report on that in the UK pre-order thread.. but, as it goes into a case, i thought nothing of it over the SG in the end..
I personally like it except the huge brand logo. It's not super bulky and it protects well. I admit it's not for everyone though.
Got it on amazon for less than $15.
