Best bet would be to hit google (overclocking) and follow the links. The biggest variable is how OC friendly yer mobo is. If yer mobo is good to go then you'll probably need to invest in a new hsf (Heat Sink and Fan for the proc) and at least 2 good case fans to keep the air moving.
