Do you know what mobo you have? If so you could look up the mobo on line and you could see what speed the FSB is.

I think it is 133. Is there some way you can tell without opening it up?

It's at 133, the number 667 couldn't be achieved with a 100MHz bus. Besides, the P3 moved to a 133MHz system bus after the 550MHz P3.

Best bet would be to hit google (overclocking) and follow the links. The biggest variable is how OC friendly yer mobo is. If yer mobo is good to go then you'll probably need to invest in a new hsf (Heat Sink and Fan for the proc) and at least 2 good case fans to keep the air moving.
