Show shared drives in sidebar, not IP address?

When i connect to my PC and mount a folder, it slows the ip address of my pc in the sidebar, but the actual drives on the desktop. Is there any way to have it show the drives in the sidebar and not the ip address which i have to go through to get to the drives?

you can drag it there from the desktop, or you can go finder preferences>sidebar and have it show external disks that way
