Show site icon on Safari tabs?

Hi guys,

I am wondering is it possible, be it hidden feature or using plugins, to allow Safari to show the site icon on the tabs? I found that once I have many tabs open it is difficult to navigate through them just by the text displaying on the tabs, esp. when I opened many similar pages.

Glims saved my life when I was using Safari bit now I use Minefield.
