I’m trying to compare my sleep patterns/times with others. Sometimes the watch reports over 8 hours of sleep and I still wake up tired. Maybe I’m not getting enough REM and deep sleep. Here’s mine. Please share yours showing the stages. Thanks.

This is typical for me. Out like a light. Wake up almost as tired as when I went to bed. Year in year out. Where’s the deep sleep? Very, very rarely see it and then it’s only about ten minutes way below the recommended percentage.

I get enough sleep for 7 hours of sleep. now on vacation I give myself more sleep before the work week. In my opinion, the main thing is when you sleep, and not just the amount of time. I try to go to bed no later than 22.30 and I usually get up at 6-7 in the morning
