i am using macbook 4 1 ,,,when opening photoshop it showing error saying program error, and aftereffects also crashes...i can't drag and drop any items ...pls help,...🙁

To help people here understand your problem a bit better, could you provide some more information like -
A screenshot of the error
Is it a new problem? i.e. has it been working ok previously.
Have you changed anything recently, hardware or software?
What version of OS X, PS & AE.
Is there any error in the Console log?
