I have been away from apple for a bit, I remember on my iPhone 4 I had to save shsh blobs incase i have wanted to restore to a IOS version no long signed, is this still the case for Pangu and 8.1?

Now topped working a while back.

If Apple stop signing it you can't downgrade.

Unfortunately they are useless.
If you really need to restore then you're out of luck
If the latest iOS cannot be jb.
