I bought my wife an iPod Shuffle yesterday. I brough it home and was going to install her songs. We have an 500 Mhz indigo iMac. When I plugged it into the keyboard USB port, it wouldn't come on. So, no biggie, I've had flash drives not work on the keyboard. So I plug it in on one of the side ports, but realize the casing of the computer isn't allowing the shuffle to plug in all the way. The casing is hitting the side of the shuffle before the shuffle makes a connection with the computer. I know this is the the problem because it works perfectly on our G5 and several other computers that have a clear USB port. Is there anyway to make it work on our trusty iMac without buying the dock or a USB extension? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
