Issues with Shumuri and their customer service. I placed an order with them 2 weeks ago and still has not shipped. I emailed Shumuri customer service and did not receive a response. I then sent a message via FB Messenger and finally responded after posting on their actual site. I have issues with them in the past shipping their product, but this time seems to be excessive. They are very unresponsive and when I finally got in touch to cancel my order I was told this could not be done. Not sure why as the case has not shipped yet and was told it would take 2 more days for it to ship. Its been 5 days now and no shipping notification. This has been an terrible experience with a case manufacturer. I have disputed the purchase with Paypal.
