Shumuri Slim Case - iPhone 6

I think this is the 7th time I've answered this question here and in another thread
It's made of flexible hard plastic. It's smooth but not really slippery.
Anytime. And to answer your questions, the case is made to be tightly wrapped around the phone in order to maintain the phone's thin form factor. When laying the iPhone on a flat surface face down (with the case on), the screen touches the surface. That is why I got a screen protector. When laying the phone on a table face up, the camera does touch the table, like I stated, it is a very thin phone, it is a case that wraps tightly around the phone like any other case that gives you as close to a case-less feel as possible. So the camera still does protrude. I have posted a few shots of the camera with the case on. I hope I've answered your questions.

as i couldnt wait for the original to become available in my country and really happy with it, its thin and light and wraps round the phone perfectly. also comes with a screen protector but im not using that

LadyX - Thanks for the very nice pics. How accurate is that color? It almost seems to be leaning towards turquoise in some (which would be nice).
Will have to find some youtube reviews because I thought this was more a rubbery jelly type case.

You're welcome. I'm afraid you won't find any reviews on the Shumuri, I've just searched but couldn't find any.
The SwitchEasy case in your link is made of the exact same material as the Shumuri, which is polypropylene (PP).
Regarding the color, the photos are indeed accurate. Turquoise is a greenish blue color. The case does not have a green shade at all. It's the exact same color of Hildon water bottles, in fact I have a bottle of Hildon water right beside me
If you've never seen Hildon water, this is what they look like, look at the color, the case is the exact same.

I just saw that the Shumuri case for the 6 Plus is available for order. Some of you here were interested. Though they won't ship until Oct. 20.

You said you received your case in 3-days, did you choose express shipping on their site?
I ordered this one a few days ago, then received a shipping notification a day later. However, because I'm cheap I didn't go with the ridiculous $20 shipping option, so I have no idea when it'll arrive. Plus, I'm on vacation so it doesn't matter anyway.

When you slide your finger off the edge of the screen, do you feel the "lip" of the case, or is it low enough that you don't actually feel it? If you have time, would you post some closeups of the lip where it meets the edge of the screen?
I'm looking for a slim fit case with no lip that I can feel, as I love the rounded edges of the screen. The Spigen Air Skin is an amazing case, but you definitely feel the lip.
No. That image is not accurate. There is no notch, no logo, and the speaker cutout is not rectangular.
Putting it on is not hard. Taking the cover off however needs a bit of pressure to be applied. I don't get the sense that it'll loosen up at all, it's made of polypropylene (PP) or hard plastic, you don't get the feeling like it'll lose its shape.
There is no lip. No raised edges. The cover does not go higher than the bezel. It stops exactly where the aluminium part does before reaching the screen/white edges. I can feel the "round" design of the iPhone 6. Also one important info about the Spigen Air Skin, the Air Skin doesn't protect the bottom of the iPhone. The Slim Case by Shumuri provides 360 degrees protection, all sides are protected. Just thought I'd give you a heads-up.

Thank you for all the photos and the answers to various queries raised by others. It's extremely helpful to have this information from someone that has actually bought the case. It seems that you are very pleased with your purchase and would recommend it.
It's prompted me to place an order for two (grey and blue) and splash out on expedited shipping to the U.K. I placed the order late yesterday afternoon. Order acknowledgement was very quick and I got shipping notification this morning.
Now the (hopefully short) wait...
Does the Shumuri case help with grip as opposed to the slippery metal back of the bare iPhone?
I don't know the exact material(s) used by this case, but I've had a case in the past that looked similar to this (with a sort of grainy texture - mixture of plastic, rubber, and light silicone?) and it was kind of slippery.
Looking at the photos, I'm instantly a fan of the case. I normally don't use cases, but I might have to as from what I've heard the iPhone 6 Plus is slippery, but how much better is the grip as opposed to the naked iPhone?

You are most welcome. I'm glad I helped. Yes I do like the case very much and would recommend it to anyone looking for a very minimal, very thin case against scratch and drop protection whilst still keeping the iPhone's beautiful form factor. It really excels in these areas.

The Shumuri case has no rubber whatsoever. It has a smooth matte feel. The entire case is made of the same material, in other words, the edges don't have a different material that help with grip. When you put the case on, it feels as though it's part of the phone because of how tight and extremely thin it is.
Yes. It is made of the exact same material as The Veil, which is as I stated above, polypropylene.
I can't see how it's possible for something to be able to get in the case while it's on the phone. Even fine and short lints. When you get the case you'll know what I mean
Your photos are great. Thank you for taking the time. I actually have the Spigen Air case, so I know it doesn't cover the bottom. Not much of an issue for me, but I LOVE that the Shumuri doesn't have a lip, so I may be ordering one soon.
Sorry we are all grilling you so much, but thank you for being so helpful. This looks like it could bethe perfect case for those of us who want a minimal case.
Now I just wonder what the transparent and the gray cases look like in person.

I emailed Shimuri and told them that I have a space gray iPhone 6. The person that responded to me said to go for the "clear" because it will preserve the original color of the iPhone 6. The gray will not show the original color.
