I've got a pair of Shure 530s that hiss because of the sensitivity when connected to the iphone. Does the Shure iphone adapter get rid of this?

The hiss is there until it automatically goes dead after the 30 seconds.

I'm not sure what you mean; are you saying the hiss is there when you initially plug in the heaphones and then just stops after 30 secs, or does it stop when the phone goes on standby? Is there hiss when music is playing?
