Shutdown Hang

Running beta 3. Is anyone else unable to shutdown/reboot successfully? I always have to press and hold the power button to force power off.

It closes all the apps fine, then hangs forever on a screen that shows the wallpaper and the spinning wheel on the center.
 
I'm dual-booting Catalina and a clean install of Big Sur Beta 3. I've noticed it takes a lot longer to boot when I select a different OS upon booting (Catalina to Big Sur) since beta 3, but normal rebooting (eg. Big Sur to Big Sur) seems normal so far.

Is yours a fresh install?

No. Can’t fresh install unfortunately.
